Patwardhan’s Ultimate Calibration Services LLP – is NABL Accredited Calibration laboratory providing calibration services in Electro-technical, Mechanical ( Mass, Volume & Speed) and Thermal discipline as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
NABL Accredited Scope :
1) Electro-technical : Electrical process/ production equipments including High Voltage up to 40 kV and Time measurement.
2) Thermal : All types of equipments for the range of (-40) deg C to 1000 deg C.
3) Mechanical : Equipment related Mass, Weighing Balance and Speed.
Equipment's covered :
- Electro-technical : All sorts of Temperature Indicators/ controllers, Analog / Digital Digital Multi meters and Clamp on meters, Analog/ Digital Panel Meters. Frequency meters, mV/mA loop calibrators, process calibrators, Timers ( 1 sec to 24 hrs), Resistance decade box, AC/DC High Voltage Tester up to 40 kV.
- Mechanical: Weight Box up to class F1 capacity up to 200 g, Micropipettes from 10 ul to 10 ml, Glass wares like Burette, Pipette, Volumetric flask, Measuring cylinders etc, Digital Balance up to 10 kg, Centrifuge/ Stirrer and non –contact type Tachometer
- Thermal : Glass Thermometers, Digital Thermometers, Dial gauges, Temperature sensors, RTD / Thermocouples with / without indicator, Lab equipments like Oven , Incubators, Water Baths, Refrigerators, Chillers, Coolers, Deep Freezer, Cold Chamber, Thermo hygrometers , Temp/ RH Sensors with indicators, Temperature Baths, Humidity Chambers .
Non – NABL facilities :
Temperature Mapping / Validation of equipments like oven , Incubators, Cold chambers, Autoclave, Area wise Temperature mapping of ware houses
Training & Consultancy :
We do provide Training on following topics:
1. ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 guidelines to all Testing / Calibration laboratory personnel
2. Estimation of Measuring Uncertainty
3. Training on Electro-technical and Thermal parameters
Consultancy :
We are providing Consultancy services as per ISO/IEC 7025:2017 to set up a calibration lab and also providing guidance in set up of Quality Management System. We do undertake the Internal Audit as per ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 for Thermal, Electro technical, Mass Volume , Pressure and Vacuum parameter.
